Department of Information Technology


The UCA Department of Information Technology has operational responsibility for the planning, design, installation, problem resolution, and general operation of the campus network and its associated infrastructure. The scope of this responsibility extends to the entire UCA campus.

Students, needing to obatin PIN, if not able to come to IT Helpdesk

If a student does not know their PIN# and is unable to physically come to the office with photo ID and get their PIN number, they can get it through the registrar's office. They will need to fax a written page explaining exactly what they need to the Registrar's Office. Fax number is (501)450-5784.

The page will need to inlucde the following information:
Name
ID#/Social Security#
Date of Birth
Current Address
Exactly what the student needs
Where to send the information
Signature


If any student has any futher questions, they can contact the Registrar's Office at (501)450-5200


Network Troubleshooting

Elizabeth's Place and College View are the only two housing apartments that are on UCA's network. All other UCA housing apartments are on Conway Corp's network. If your apartment is on Conway Corp's network, you would have to contact their office for troubleshooting assistance. You can visit their website at www.conwaycorp.com or contact the Conway Corp Office at 450-6000.

iFolder

Need to access your files from home or while on vacation. iFolder allows you to do just that. Use ifolder to obtain files from anywhere you are. You can access your iFolder file from the web at: https://ifolder.uca.edu/iFolder/MyFiles.
